Gas Washing Bottle
Tall form cylindrical borosilicate glass bottles are for washing and drying gases. They are also effective in humidifying carbon dioxide-air mixtures for maintaining high humidity in gassed cell culture incubators. Large hexagonal base affords stability, while [ST] stopper seals top to base.

Sidearm tubulation for bottles with extra coarse fritted cylinders/discs has 8 O.D.mm (5/16"). Bottle 16416-020 has 10 O.D.mm (3/8").

Gas washing stoppers act as replacements for bottles. Fritted disc on stopper tube acts as distributor, providing greater efficiency and more uniform dispersion of gas bubbles for complete absorption.
